On order completion an email will be sent with a delivery date and then on the day of delivery a time scale will be given. We can also provide the driver's number if we are contacted for it.

Handling Damages
We kindly request that you thoroughly inspect all items upon delivery. For your protection, we strongly recommend refusing the delivery of any items that appear to be damaged. In the event that you identify any damage to your product, please promptly forward clear photographs of the damage to info@yourgardendirect.com. This will enable us to initiate an insurance claim on your behalf. It's important to note that you must notify us of any damaged products within 48 hours; failure to do so may result in your claim being deemed invalid.
International Shipping:
Currently, Your Garden Direct offers shipping within the UK only.
Undeliverable Packages:
In the event that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the package is refused by the recipient, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
